Sofab Inks develops and manufactures metal-oxide nanoparticle inks for the next generation of solar. Our materials replace the fragile fullerene layers that have held perovskite solar back, and they are built from the start for roll-to-roll and sheet-fed manufacturing rather than the lab bench. We were spun out of the University of Louisville's Conn Center for Renewable Energy Research, and we are based in Louisville, Kentucky.

We are a small team solving problems that do not have textbook answers yet. The people who do well here are curious, take ownership without waiting to be asked, and are comfortable moving between fundamental chemistry and the practical realities of a production line. We hire chemists, engineers, technicians, and commercial people who want their work to show up in a product rather than a report.

Some roles include travel to manufacturer sites and industry conferences, working directly alongside the partners putting our materials into real modules. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
